In the case of a dispute or problem with your order:- First contact the used musical instruments seller and inquire about the status of your order. Verify that it has been shipped, and request tracking numbers if they are available. Use the tracking numbers to check the status of your delivery. Verify your shipping address with the used musical instruments seller. NOTE: The contact information for your used musical instruments seller will be displayed at the time of completing your order, as well as on the customer receipt which you will receive by email. - If the used musical instruments seller confirms that they have shipped the item, please allow time for delivery.
