Wedding Flutes For a Special Memory

A wedding is a very special day filled with many moments to remember. From the time the bride walks down the aisle, to the moment the couple leaves, memories are made. The toast is a very important piece of the day, and a great way to celebrate and remember it is with a special pair of wedding flutes.
Giving a gift of wedding toasting flutes would be very special to the wedding couple as they could use them year after year and remember the day. Whether they are a gift or chosen by the couple, personalizing the wedding flutes will make them even more special. The personalization could be a monogram, the date or even two entwined hearts etched in the glass. Many of the flutes come with matching cake servers and cake knives to complete a keepsake set.
Wedding flutes come in different shapes and stem types. A pretty touch for wedding champagne flutes is a twisted stem to symbolize the union of the bride and groom. Of course, the traditional flute is always a classic, but some other popular options are the flared or trumpet toasting champagne glass.
For a bit of a different but still very elegant flute, look for some with perhaps a silver stem and base, or an embellishment of gold or silver around the rim. Some have crystals around the stem or the base to make them even more special.
Another unique style of wedding glasses is toasting flutes in a vase. This type of flute does not have a base to stand on, but the glasses lean together in a vase. Again, a bit of a unique look and a very romantic and charming one is the set with the glasses leaning on one another. Many styles of wedding glasses are available and the right one will personify the style of the wedding couple.
Remember, though, the champagne flute is a specific style of wine glass. The glass is designed for champagne to maintain the effervescence of the bubbly wine longer. Because the bubbles cannot escape as fast as in the old-fashioned bowl style champagne glasses, the wine stays bubbly longer. So whether the toasting glasses will be flared or embellished or have twisting stems, make sure they are the flute style.
This will be a gift or a purchase the couple can cherish forever. What better way to toast one's marriage on each anniversary than in the original wedding flute from the wedding?
